Remember my sweet friend from work that I took her pics back in the fall here?

Well...I got the pleasure of meeting her sweet man, Lee this past weekend and shooting their "engagement" pics.











But here...THIS is perhaps my fav pic of the entire sweltering day. Their faces crack my stuff up!

Reed Family Celebration

I was asked by a good friend of mine to come and take photos of a family get-together they were having in honor of Mother's Day. In addition, some of the families were going to want family photos.

Plus, they were bringing in some food.

SOLD!

Now, I've done some shoots at this farm in Cabot before and I. Loved. It! I was so excited to be there again. And the folks that live there asked me to even take pics of everything inside and out on the property for insurance purposes.

ABSOLUTELY!

These 2 best friends had to have their pic made together. But I LOVE how drastically different their eyes are!


Oh. My. Word. Eyes! I already fell immediately in love with this young man b'c he kept calling me ma'am and would not let me carry anything! Camera bag? "Let me get that ma'am." My plight-of-a-short-photographer ladder? "You don't need to carry that ma'am."

His wife will thank his parents one day.

These were some of the most fun. In one of these pics when I zoomed it they were really having the MOST fun together. It was a moment captured.


I loved all of the generations there.

Elsinger Engagement

This past Sunday afternoon I had the pleasure...honor to photograph my two favorite lovebirds. You see...this woman...Chris...is one of my best friends. Sure she's a few years my senior, but this woman LOVES me. 100% completely. She would take out anyone who gets in her way to protect me...my heart...my reputation.

Just ask her.

Or better yet, don't!

She has had a time of it all in her past. Many years of a broken and maimed picture of what a husband is intended for.

Until she met Mark.

As you can see, she finally knows what true love is. Just look into her eyes...you'll see it there.




Notice her "key" necklace? That's the key to his heart he had made for her. All together now...AWWWW....


I ADORE this photo! With and without the saying. But our other best friend found this saying and it's so true for them. She IS his princess and he IS her prince.

The McGee Family

One of these ladies has been my mentor for going on 7 years now. So I was pleased to be able to spend the day with her and her entire family at their annual Easter celebration. We threw in some family photos while we were at it.

This past weekend was the Jr/Sr Prom for all my youth from church. One sweet little couple asked if I would do thier pictures for them and I was happy to!

My First Wedding

I finally waded thru all 1,700+/- pictures.

Yes, that is in thousands.

And narrowed it to around 200 that they have to print however they want.

I learned a lot doing my first wedding. And excitedly looking forward to my next 2 scheduled ones this summer.

A Little Excited

I have my first wedding next weekend!

Even more exciting...I have not had any wedding photos to share yet...and I just booked my THIRD wedding.

Yikes!

But. Oh. So. Excited.
