A Momma and Her "Babies"

I have a friend at work who was going to have both of her kids together at the same time for a very small window at Christmast time. She said her son was little the last time they had family pictures done and would I be willing to run at lunch and get a couple of shots for her at some spots they had already scoped out.

Gladly!

Here are just a few from yesterday.

Invitation Pictures

I have had the honor of knowing these 2 precious people for a few years now. So when they got engaged, we were all thrilled! Since she is from Brazil, they are getting married in Brazil. Part of their culture sends out their invites way earlier than we do. So while this isn't their real "engagement" session, we had to get some very specific pictures (and feel) for their invitations they need to get done this month.

Congratulations, you two! We love y'all!

Baby Kyle @ 4 Months plus Family

It was time to do Baby Kyle's 4 month pictures, but we really wanted to work in some good family shots this time with it being this close to Christmas. So the 6 month shot will be all his, but for this one, I think we got some sweet pictures for the whole family.

We even got a great Christmas Card picuture, but it's for her to get to show not me :-)

Merry Christmas, Teague Family!

The Smith Family Fun Day

Well...it wasn't technically called that, but I knew before I ever headed over to their house that it would end up being just that!

You see, I've known and loved two of the members of this family for a number of years now. I even had the pleasure of being their wedding photographer. It was at that wedding I quickly realized that apples really do not fall far from trees! So when the bride contacted me to do all of her family, I was more than happy to!

So we started off with some traditional family pictures (since they hadn't had a real family photo since I'm not really allowed to say when).

See? Even sweet Ginger made the picture.

Awww...such sweet siblings.

But it turned into...

...this...

...with some of this...

...and a dash of that...

...that ultimately ended with this.

Told you it was "Fun Day".

The Phillips Girls

Sadly, Daddy was sick on Saturday, but the girls still showed up and showed out for their session! This momma is my son's teacher at the day care and wanted just some fun family snapshots. I think we got just that!

Here are just a few of my favs:

This pic CRACKED ME UP!!!!

I hope you like 'em, girls!

The Hansberry Family

I had an opportunity to meet a new family this last weekend. And these 2 boys might have not talked very much, but they sure were loads of fun!

Here are just a few of my favorites of the day.

It was great to finally meet y'all!

Zak's Senior Session

I had the pleasure of doing a senior session for a wonderful young man whom I have known his family for about 12 years now.

That means that I first came to know him when he was shorter than me. Now at 6'6" ...let's just say the session was interesting.

A painters ladder coulda helped LOL!

I pray you have a wonderful rest of the year, Zak!

Those Crazy Loters

I love this family. The mom is the owner of the small daycare that my littlest one goes to and has watched my kids grow (as well as I have watched hers) since my baby was 6 months old.

As I looked thru their pictures of the session we did this last Saturday, all I could do was giggle and say, "These say Loter more than any picture I've ever seen of them!"

And if you know them, you will most certainly agree!

That was loads of fun, Loter Family! Can't wait to do it again.
